I am confused with the starting position. In the topo it says "right hand on the fork pinch, left hand on a very small two-finger pocket". Does this mean the Bi left of the ramp or the two shallow holes below the ramp? I guess it is not allowed to start on the very bottom part of the ramp with the left hand..
